About Sports Yoga M²

What is Sports Yoga M²?

The title of Sports Yoga allowed me to reach an active community and introduce how yoga can help balance and maintain your busy lifestyle. There are several branches (lineage/direct history) on the tree of yoga within that there are many different styles (limbs), then there are different teachers (the leaves), so what is appropriate for you? I wanted a title that would cover all these areas and be confident with your choice. For your journey I encourage any or all of these styles and branches of yoga and once you understand what style you are drawn to then you will be grateful for what your journey has brought you. My journey allowed me to experience the following types of yoga:
Iyengar, Ashtnaga, Kundalini, Kripalu, Bikram, Viniyoga, Anusara, Sivananda yoga and all the personalities, studios, travel, training and education of enlightenment that come with it.

Intutive Yoga

We all have this internal guide called intuition, through a yoga journey, my experiences became Intutive Yoga.

Since my first yoga class I have gradually realized there is passion, or Tapas, to this internal guide.
When I allowed myself to be open and free the intuition came to life and I began to interact with my intuition.
At age 30, I noticed tremendous leaps in confidence and success, less confusion, disappointment in life or in any other circumstances. Through practice I had gained the awareness of this divine gift of guidance and now live life's potential through it. Your welcome to join our practice and you have an open invitation to experience intuitive yoga.
I am confident your experience will show a strengthened foundation in life, because that is yoga naturally.
The choices that follow are the joy of living and the compassion of being that is a joyful life.

  • Intuition is always to your benefit
  • Intuition is designed to be of assistance to be proactive and does not follow the rules of destruction.
  • Intuition always feels the same and is always there.
  • Intuition provides simple answers to all life's experiences.
  • Intuition comes to you in trust and through your inner faith.
  • Intuition arrives to you in many ways and is always subtle.

Everyday we are different and intuitively we can decide this to be true. In your yoga practice, the needs of your body will reflect this daily change. Energy that we pull from, our chakras, will be different daily. Intuitively we have a responsibility to nurture this energy and ourselves. With daily yoga practice, each class is your opportunity to balance all needs and nurture the journey of self-study, Svadhyaya.

As you start to recognize this familiar sensation of intuition during class and your daily life, the power of trusting and learning the true self will be tremendous. Share the enjoyment by living the freedom and the confidence of being in the now.
