My Karma action incorporates the outdoors and my service as a yoga teacher. Together you benefit, with the great surroundings of the beach and ocean water rolling in, you are sure to relax and distress immediately.

Truly if you can enjoy being on the sand and all that comes with it, then you are sure to relax and enjoy at sunset evening. Doing all the yoga is not a requirement, you can be in (relaxing pose) savasana when ever the moment calls you. Your presence is enough to add with the healing intention to participate heal the world by healing themselves in this light of karma yoga. What to bring? Who can come? Where do you meet?

Free parking. All you need is a friend and a large bed sheets each, maybe some water. Anyone who is interested in or has practiced yoga can join us for free. Parking on Marcinski road is free in the beach parking lot. Go north of Donald Ross road and turn right at Marcinski road. Park and cross over to the beach and we are to the right. We are north of the Juno pier and you can see the sign from where we sit on the beach. Typically I host this twice a month, given the weather is cooperating.
