In effort to honor your time and maximize your enjoyment of the studio, the studio will be open fifteen minutes before class or earlier in most cases.
If you need more considerations or would like a private tour, please call to make an appointment. Come in, explore, ask questions to fimiliarize yourself with the studio so your visit for class is with confidence.

How do I pick a class? How often should I practice?
If you have a physical lifestyle like walking, tennis, golf, swim, run, workout or anything else you are welcome to attend any class time.
Depending on your physical background or history of physical activity the recommended yoga dosage is three times a week.
Commit to the routine and you will find that your whole busy lifestyle will be stronger and easier to achieve.

Yoga creates a movement that is healthy for the body, because it is a tradition that is based on nature and it is only natural that yoga will balance your life and the journey you love.
All class times are one hour long and some require you to confirm your attendance.
